bd44 gives new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To be eligible to withdraw bonus winnings, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are applicable once per person.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• There is a set time limit to complete the wagering requirements; once it expires, the bonus is cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage attempts are detected, the account may be closed.

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.

5.2 Errors & Technical Issues

bd44 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on odds or results that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error or technical issue. In such situations, the original bet amount will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial method to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse or match betting through multiple accounts is not allowed.
• Using the platform for any financial crime or money laundering activity is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion or coordinated fraudulent betting with other users is prohibited.

bd44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active use. bd44 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms, and any changes will be communicated on the platform.

Cashback is added to the account each week. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback, linked to the terms of the applicable bonus.

7.1 bd44's Rights

bd44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false information or forged documents are provided.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.

7.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your own account at any time through our support team. All eligible balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
